Hello,
I am trying to aid an avocational archaeological group in consolidating a tusk that probably is paleontological and not archaeological. I suggested a repeated soaking in a closed container of 1% solution of B-72 in acetone over time then drying in the fumes. Is this still the recommended procedure?
