Hello Everyone!
After spending the past few years searching for internships, fellowships, resources, and other opportunities in conservation and collections care, I realized just how scattered everything can feel when you're trying to enter the field.
That experience inspired me to create a monthly newsletter: a space where I can bring together opportunities, resources, events, publications, and other information I wish I had known about sooner.
Archivos de Oro is intended to be a resource for emerging professionals and anyone interested in conservation, archives, collections management, preservation, and cultural heritage.
As the newsletter continues to grow, I also want it to become an active and collaborative resource shaped by the people who use it. This month, I'm inviting readers to participate in a short survey to share their interests, needs, and experiences. Even if you're new to the newsletter, your perspective is welcome! Your responses will help me better understand what resources and opportunities would be most useful to the community and how Archivos de Oro can continue to grow alongside it.
