Registration Desk Hours
Registration will be located in the California Ballroom Foyer. Desk hours are:
- Thursday, May 12 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Friday, May 13 7:45am – 6:00pm
- Saturday, May 14 7:45am – 6:00pm
- Sunday, May 15 7:45am – 4:30pm
- Monday, May 16 7:45am – 4:30pm
- Tuesday, May 17 7:45am – 4:30pm
Worth Noting
COVID-19 and Masking
If you are attending the meeting in person, you must be vaccinated. We request that you use the CLEAR app to confirm your vaccination status. Please visit our COVID-19 Vaccination Guidelines page for more information. Masks are suggested in all indoor spaces and will be required on all transportation that AIC provides. Please continue to check this page and communications via email or in the Annual Meeting Community in case there are any changes in requirements from venues or city or state regulations.
Mask and Badge Requirements for Offsite Venues
Badges are required on all AIC transportation and at all Annual Meeting events both in the hotel and at offsite venues.
The Opening Reception at the Getty Center – mask not required on grounds and galleries. Masks may be required on pre-reception tours.
BPG/PMG and ASG/WAG receptions at the Japanese American National Museum. Masks not required in reception space. Requested in galleries and required if a docent asks you to wear a mask.
For Tours – Please have a mask with you. In most cases masks are not required in galleries or grounds of museums. However, masking in the tighter lab spaces is recommended and may be required.
For Workshops – Those registered for the workshops will receive instructions on masking
Nursing Mothers Room
This year, we will have a dedicated nursing mothers' room with a small refrigerator. See the program on page 1 and map on page 56.
Tickets
You can buy tickets online at any time throughout the meeting. Visit registration to pick up your ticket to add to your badge.
Code of Conduct
We have a Code of Conduct in place. You can read it online in our Registration Policies.
Weather
Pack for dry weather in the mid-70s, including comfortable shoes for outdoor receptions. However, be sure to bring layers for warmer or cooler conference rooms, and check the weather before packing.
