- Presents a slate of candidates for the annual election of Directors and Officers at least 60 days prior to the annual Business Meeting
- Accepts nominations up to 90 days before the stated date of the annual Business Meeting.
- Opens the election to voting members at least 30 days prior to the date of the annual Business Meeting.
Structure
Per the AIC Bylaws, the committee consists of three members who serve three year terms, two of whom must be a Professional Member while the third may be a Member or Fellow. The longest serving member of the committee serves as chair. Committee members are elected by the membership annually. View the AIC Nominating Committee Position Description for more information.
