We're thrilled to announce the completion of Edition 1 of the IWG Wiki! After dedicated work from our Topic Groups since the project began in late 2020, we've officially reached our first version of the Wiki-now proudly called Edition 1.

This milestone includes detailed pages on:

    • Visible Light Imaging

    • Infrared Radiation Imaging

    • Ultraviolet Radiation Imaging

    • False-Color Image Processing

    • Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI)

    • 3D Imaging

Every section reflects the effort, collaboration, and expertise of our contributors-thank you! All contributors are gratefully acknowledged on the Wiki's main page. But, this is just the beginning. As a Wiki, this is a living document, which reflects the innovative nature of our work, and should be continually reviewed and updated over time.

    Edition 2
We'll soon be issuing a call for a new Wiki Lead to guide us into Edition 2. This role will involve leading a small team of volunteer expert editors to:

    • Harmonize and standardize content

    • Add citations and references

    • Create custom diagrams and visuals

    • Incorporate new case studies

    • Ensure content is tailored for conservators

    • Launch new Topic Groups

If you want to help shape the next phase of this valuable resource, keep an eye out for the Call and consider applying! Thanks again, and congratulations to everyone who helped bring the IWG Wiki to life!
