OPEN VOLUNTEER POSITION
One appointed position | 2-year term | ~max 6 hrs/month
The IWG is looking for a dedicated Wiki Lead to lead the creation and management of the Wiki Editorial Team to work towards the IWG Wiki Edition 2.
What You'll Do:
● Attend IWG Leadership meetings (~1 hrs/month)
● Create and Manage the Wiki Editorial Team to work on the 2nd Edition of the the IWG Wiki (~2-4 hrs/month)
The IWG is a global community of conservators, photographers, and scientists collaborating on imaging solutions for cultural heritage. Our flagship project, the Imaging Wiki (conservation-wiki.com/wiki/Imaging), is a dynamic resource for the field. There was a huge push to get it into the first version, and now we're looking for someone to guide it into its new iteration. This position is a great leadership opportunity and would be ideal for someone with academic writing experience, leadership skills, and a vision for the IWG Wiki!
