As part of a preventive research course I am working to make recommendations to an institution on how they can improve their condition reporting for textiles as they travel frequently for exhibition. I put together a 10-15 minute Google form survey that asks a few questions about commonly used condition documentation methods. Participation is completely anonymous and is only to help inform recommendations I make to the institution.
