Welcome to our next C2C Care Community Monitor: Lyudmyla Babadzhanova

  • 1.  Welcome to our next C2C Care Community Monitor: Lyudmyla Babadzhanova

    Posted 09-30-2024 12:42

The C2C Care Community is fortunate to be monitored by a group of volunteer conservation professionals who answer questions directly or seek the assistance of conservators and collections care professionals who provide expert assistance. Our monitor for the next two weeks is @Lyudmyla Babadzhanova.

Lyudmyla is the Book Conservator at the Center For Jewish History, where she manages treatment, maintenance, and preventive conservation activities for objects in the center's collections, including five partnering institutions' rare book and archival collections. Lyudmyla has a Master of Arts and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Libraries and Archives Conservation from Buffalo State University. This is Lyudmyla's second year serving as a monitor for the C2C Care Community. She is very excited to contribute her experience and knowledge working with small institutions and historical houses to the platform by providing the necessary connections and answers for the next two weeks.

Our thanks to @Lyudmyla Babadzhanova and to all our C2C Care Monitors. Interested in volunteering? Please email c2cc@culturalheritage.org.
