If you fly into Connecticut or New York, you are still a hop, skip, and a jump away from the conference venue. We partnered with Carey International, Inc., a national transportation company, to provide exclusive motorcoach pickup/drop-off locations from:
- Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT (approx. 58 miles)
We currently offer three scheduled pickups a day on Monday, May 13, and Tuesday, May 14, and drop-offs on May 17 and 18. The cost is $35 each way. Bradley International Airport is the closest airport to the Mohegan Sun. Transportation time should be 55 minutes.
- John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, NY
We currently offer one pickup on Sunday, May 12, and three pickups on May 13 and 14. The cost is $85 each way. This option is useful if you prefer to save the time and cost of an additional flight connection to Connecticut. Transportation time should be 2.5 hours.
- Newark Liberty Airport in Newark, NJ
We currently offer one pick-up on Sunday, May 12, and three pick-ups on May 13 and 14. The cost is $85 each way. This option is useful if you prefer to save the time and cost of an additional flight connection to Connecticut. Transportation time should be 2.5 hours.
Based on the recommendations from our transportation consultants, we do not offer pickups from La Guardia Airport in NY (the airport is undergoing renovations) or Logan International Airport. If flying Internationally or from the US West Coast and wanting to take a non-stop flight, JFK and EWR are the most convenient airports.
The New London train station is just 20 minutes from the Mohegan Sun. You can either take Amtrak or the Shore Line Express. The Mohegan Sun offers free bus service from the Shore Line Express.
We offer exclusive bus transportation from New York City and Boston with several pickup/drop-off locations, days/times, and rates.
Self-park and valet parking are free for our annual meeting attendees.
