The Twin Cities Alliance for Response initiative is an educational forum to foster cooperative responses to disasters and emergencies at the museums, libraries, historical societies, and archives of the seven-county metropolitan region of Minneapolis and St. Paul. With presenters and representatives from its first responder communities (fire, police, Homeland Security, and National Guard) and its cultural institutions, a new integration of strategies, best practices, and cooperative agreements are being identified and established.
