Biographical Information:

Hanna M. Szczepanowska (PhD) is an Assistant Professor at West Virginia University. Prior, she was Senior Conservation Scientist at the Heritage Conservation Centre, National Heritage Board, in Singapore. She was previously a Research Conservator at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC. As a Fulbright Scholar, she worked in Malta and Egypt assisting museums with environmental issues. Her book, Conservation of Cultural Heritage: Key Principles and Approaches, was recently published by Routledge, UK.
