click this link to take the Emerging Conservation Professionals Employment Survey!
The Emerging Conservation Professionals Network (ECPN) is circulating this survey to capture and contextualize employment data for emerging conservation professionals from pre-program, graduate student, and post-graduate career stages for the 2018 calendar year. Information gathered in this survey will be used to present general trends to the conservation community, to advocate for emerging conservation professionals, and to support the development of future resources. For the purposes of this survey, early-career is defined as individuals from pre-program stages through post-graduates who have received a degree from a graduate-level conservation, heritage preservation, or related training program in the last ten years (since 2008). This also includes those working as conservation science professionals with a degree in a scientific discipline. This survey is targeted for individuals who are citizens and/or residents of the United States, currently employed in the United States, or attending graduate school for conservation in the United States. Please see the
survey introduction for more information.
Responses will be accepted through December 31, 2018. The estimated completion time for this survey is 5-10 minutes. If you have any questions, please email ecpn.aic.chair@gmail.com.
