Dear 2026 Annual Meeting Attendees,
We are excited to open registration for the annual, in-person Speed Mentoring event at the 2026 Annual Meeting in Montreal co-organized by the International Network for the Conservation of Contemporary Art (INCCA) and AIC's Contemporary Art Network! (CAN!). Speed Mentoring provides an opportunity for emerging conservators to connect with established modern and contemporary art conservators without the usual conference interruptions.
The event consists of up to three informal, ten-minute, one-on-one sessions with the mentors of your choice, pending availability. You can discuss anything with your speed mentor, such as their career path, material specialization, research interests, advice, or whatever else would be helpful! The session will take place in person on Thursday, April 30th, from 1–2 PM at the conference venue. Program coordinators will be present to facilitate the event. You can come and go as you please based on the time slot allotted to you for your mentoring sessions. The event is free.
Please fill out this Registration Form by Friday, April 24th if you would like to participate as a mentee. We will match participants on a first-come basis and close registration if the slots fill up prior to the 24th, so don't wait!
