Biography

I am a conservator in Private Practice since 2013 who cares about the artist and active preventive conservation. In my practice, I work primarily with emerging artists reflecting on the idea of "damage" and creating strategies for preventive conservation through awareness. I research different topics such as the artist interview, performance art conservation strategies and the idea of inclusion (gender, racial, cultural or any kind). I have been part of VoCA since 2013, conducting Glady Triana's interview for the program CALL/VoCA in January 2020 and a committee member of the Spanish Artist Interview Workshop. TestimoniArt is my project, embedded in my website, where I am building an artist's interview database open to any artist. I volunteer as a Book Reviewer for JAIC, translator and reviewer for the 360 Conservation publication. I believe in collaboration, sharing and CARING in work and life.
