We have a large, handmade toolbox that a local loom fixer used from the 1930s – 1970s. The box itself is wood and metal and it is full of various tools, instruction manuals, paystubs, some photos, leather pieces, and other materials. I have separated all papers and photos and rehoused them, but am not sure what to do with the hundreds of other pieces, which include nuts and bolts, screws, washers, etc. Every piece has been identified. Should I leave them in the toolbox or rehouse things according to type?
Thanks very much in advance!
