Dear Colleagues,
Please excuse the cross-posting. I'm seeking relatively recent (ideally within the past 10-15 years) publications about community-engaged and/or community-led conservation. I have good sources for conservation + communities in the Americas and Australia, primarily focusing on case studies with or from Indigenous American and Aboriginal communities. But I'm having trouble finding publications about other parts of the globe and with other communities. If you know of publications and are willing to send me the bibliographic reference(s), I'd really appreciate it.
I ask because I'm contributing to a book about community-engaged archaeology. I'd like to include an updated literature review as part of my chapter, which is about archaeological conservation, and I'd like to cast a wide net and read and cite examples of community conservation work around the world and including, but not limited to, archaeology. You are welcome to write me directly if preferred (davissL@umich.edu).
Thanks and best wishes,
Suzanne
