Northwest Pennsylvania

The Northwest Pennsylvania Alliance for Response works with libraries, museums, archives, and arts/cultural/historical agencies to help them prepare for and respond to incidents ranging from minor emergencies to major disasters. AFR NW PA is centered in Erie, PA, but reaches out to institutions in Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, and Venango Counties. With strong support and participation from the emergency management, risk management, and disaster recovery vendor communities of Northwest PA, the group provides training, advice, and support for institutional disaster planning activities and serves as a forum for collaborative activity.
