The
Center for Collections Care
(C3) 2026 Schedule is Live!
The 2026 schedule includes 12 in-person and five online courses. New in 2026, Crating and Packing for Transport of Cultural Heritage. Crating and Packing and Mount Making are already full, so register soon for other courses to reserve your spot. Just to remind you, in-person course fees include air-conditioned campus apartment-style accommodations, breakfast and lunch, and all course supplies. Participants leave with new knowledge and skills as well as samples and examples to bring home to pass on the new skill sets their colleagues, volunteers, and students. Most online courses also include hands-on kits mailed to participants.
In 2025, C3 provided collections care training to 212 participants representing 130 cultural heritage institutions in 34 states and three countries. We look forward to welcoming back program alumni and meeting new colleagues in 2026!
Feel free to contact me with questions: meistern@ beloit.edu or 608-363-2305.
Warmly,
Nicolette
