Flight Discounts
We have partnered with Air Canada so attendees can receive a discount on flights departing from all cities served by the airline to Montreal. You will receive the discount code when you register for the meeting.
- The booking is to be made to the following city: Montreal, YUL (CA).
- The travel period begins Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and ends Saturday, May 9, 2026.
- Travel is valid any day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
- For North America: 5% discount on standard fares, 10% discount on flex fares & higher.
- For International Travel: 10% discount on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% discount on the lowest Business Class).
- The discount applies ONLY to flights marketed AND operated by Air Canada/Air Canada Express or Air Canada Rouge.
