Hello OSG Annual Meeting Attendees!
Please join us for our pre-Opening Reception OSG happy hour on Thursday, 30 April. If you are an OSG member, your ticket is included - the only thing left to do is REGISTER!
We've also partnered with our friends in the Architecture, Wooden Artifacts, and Textiles Specialty Groups!
Location: Montreal Museum of Fine Arts
Time: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., rolling right into the Opening Reception
Transportation: Buses for happy hour participants will board at the Palais des congres Viger Terminus beginning at 6:15. Buses will leave between 6:40 and 7:15. Attendees traveling to the receptions after that time will board at the DoubleTree hotel. Staff will be around in both locations to assist. Paratransit is available, but please let Katelin Lee (klee@culturalheritage.org) know of any needs not previously shared so she can ensure we coordinate its route accordingly.
Details: Specialty Groups will meet in one of four rooms, grouped as follows:
1 - Book and Paper and Photographic Materials
2- Objects, Architecture, Wooden Artifacts, and Textiles
3- Contemporary Art and Electronic Media
4- Paintings
Attendees will receive one drink ticket, and each room will have a bar with beer, wine, mocktail, and soft drinks. Passed canapes will be served throughout, and additional light snacks will be available in the entry hall.
