Last year, we migrated from version 5 to web edition. We have enjoyed accessing the system from off-site (i.e. home) or working from any computer on-site, even a laptop, iPad, or phone. The staff at Past Perfect are great to work with, and they made the transition as seamless as possible. We had a lot of data clean up after Past Perfect's initial data review, which probably slowed our migration. I made a spreadsheet to track all our data clean-up tasks and notes from my interactions with Past Perfect staff. The spreadsheet helped me tremendously in managing the project. I have been using the web edition for a couple years.  My only complaint with the web edition is the inability to batch edit records and create custom reports the way you can in version 5.

I do agree with Natalie that the inability to batch edit records is a drawback. Web Edition only allows batch editing in the location fields.
