The latest version of SpectralViewer (v3.rc1c) is available for download here. Please let me know about any bugs that you encounter.

I'm Esther from the Heritage conservation centre in Singapore. I just realised from your above post that the latest is a v3.rc1c version. We are using the v.3.rc1a version and it was working fine until we migrate to a new laptop with Windows 11 software. What happened was we could input data and obtain the fading curves etc but when we closed and open the file again, this window pops up and our inputted data seemingly disappeared. I tried opening the same file in the old laptop and it was ok (Phew!). Please see attached image of the pop-up window and let me know what you think please. Appreciate it.

Apologies for the slow response. We'll obviously need JP to weigh in here, but the attached image is of poor resolution, such that the error message cannot be read. Is it possible to send a higher resolution version, possibly taken with your phone camera?

Thanks for your messages. Apologies for my late response as I just came back from leave.

@JP Brown I downloaded the v3.rc1c software and it seemed to have resolved the issue. Will send you my gsv doc file and spectral file for your further diagnosis as requested.

@Vincent Beltran I have uploaded here a higher resolution file on the encountered error as a reference, in case others run into the same issue.
