Welcome to our next C2C Care Community Monitor: Victoria Kablys

  • 1.  Welcome to our next C2C Care Community Monitor: Victoria Kablys

    Posted 06-12-2023 15:45

The C2C Care Community is fortunate to be monitored by a group of volunteer conservation professionals who answer questions directly or seek the assistance of conservators and collections care professionals who provide expert assistance. Our monitor for the next two weeks is @Victoria Kablys-Nielsen. As reported by Victoria:

"My name is Victoria Kablys and I am the Conservator at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum (RSM) in Regina, SK, Canada. I am responsible for the preventive and remedial care of the natural and cultural history collections at the RSM. I earned my Master of Art Conservation in 2017 from Queen's University, specializing in objects. I've been a C2C Care Monitor since 2018, which has taught me a lot. I am always pleasantly surprised by the questions! I enjoy the opportunity to research new topics and support fellow heritage professionals"

Our thanks to @Victoria Kablys-Nielsen and to all our C2C Care Monitors. Interested in volunteering? Please email c2cc@culturalheritage.org.
