The C2C Care Community is fortunate to be monitored by a group of volunteer conservation professionals who answer questions directly or seek the assistance of conservators and collections care professionals who provide expert assistance. Our monitor for the next two weeks is @Nichole Doub.
Nichole is responsible for the conservation needs of the collections curated by the State of Maryland as well as the Maryland Military Monuments Commission. She specializes in metal and wood artifacts, ranging from small iron buttons to large wood ship hulls. This will be Nichole's first experience as a C2C Care Monitor, but she is looking forward to the opportunity to help colleagues in the care of their collections and our collective heritage.
