Bianca is an Associate Conservator of Paintings and Programs Manager at the Balboa Art Conservation Center, and is the Associate Director for the Andrew W. Mellon Opportunity for Diversity in Conservation. She is also a co-founder and editor of Materia: Journal of Technical Art History. Bianca serves as Chair of AIC's Nominating Committee and formerly served as Co-Chair of the Equity and Inclusion Committee and Paintings Specialty Group Board. She earned her M.S. in Art Conservation from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation and her B.A. in Art Conservation at the University of Delaware.
