Claire Curran is the Objects Conservator at ICA-Art Conservation – a non-profit regional art conservation center in Cleveland, OH. Curran is a Professional Member of AIC, a CAP assessor, and served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Preventive Care Network from 2018 to 2022. She received an MS and Certificate in Art Conservation from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation in 2015. She has interned at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the Statens Museum for Kunst, the National Museum of Denmark, the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Her interests lie in the conservation of modern and contemporary art and work with non-traditional and polymeric materials.
