Lacey Bubnash is an architect and materials conservator at Architectural Resources Group (ARG) in San Francisco. She has over 10 years of experience in the documentation and conservation of historic building materials and architectural finishes. Her material experience includes the evaluation and testing of masonry, wood, architectural metals, architectural finishes and waterproofing systems, and the design of repair details and specifications for those materials and assemblies. She has worked on numerous rehabilitation projects throughout California, including Coit Tower, Los Angeles Union Station, the New Mission Theater, Fort Point, and the Santa Barbara County Courthouse. In addition to AIC, Lacey is a member of the Association for Preservation Technology (APT), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and serves on the board of the Northern California Chapter of DOCOMOMO US. Professionally, she is currently working on the Point Reyes Lighthouse, several façade repair projects in San Francisco, and small projects in Yosemite and Yellowstone National Parks.
