Nancie is an AIC Fellow and is a conservator at Shelburne Museum in Vermont. She received her MS in art conservation from the University of Delaware/Winterthur Museum program. Following fellowships and contract positions at the J. Paul Getty Museum, the National Gallery, Washington, and the Cleveland Museum of Art, she became associate objects conservator at Shelburne Museum in 1998. She became a professional member of AIC in 2002 and was promoted to Objects Conservator that same year. In 2022, she became the Director of Conservation at Shelburne Museum, and in 2023 she was promoted to Director of Collections & Conservation.
