The studio specializes in the conservation and restoration European and American easel paintings and murals. A Professional Member of the American Institute for the Conservation since 2005 and a member of several regional and international painting associations; Van Witt is a third generation paintings conservator. Van Witt has worked in private practice for 37 years heading of a full service conservation studio that services galleries, 14 museums and a number of regional and international private collectors.
