FAIC/AIC was targeted by very a convincing phishing email and the spammers sent emails out to various contact lists.

If you see an email from one of our staff email accounts or program accounts, like C2CCare, that looks suspicious or unexpected, please delete or report as phishing. Our IT company acted swiftly to stop these messages within minutes, but spammers are quick. These emails may ask you to pay an invoice or overdue bill.

Please do not open them or click on the links. Just delete! If it's a real email, we can resend and are happy to do so! We also very much appreciate getting alerted to spam emails, but it's safer to delete the email and just send us a note about what you saw.

    Thank you, and stay safe!
