Professor Moshe Caine holds a B.A in Philosophy and Sociology from the Hebrew University Jerusalem (1977), a B.A Hons (1st degree) in Photography Film & Television from the Harrow College of Technology & Art (now Westminster University) London 1980, and an M.A in Electronic Imaging from Coventry Polytechnic (today Coventry University (1989).
Prof. Caine's work mirrors the evolving decades of the digitization of Photography and related visual media. During this period, he has specialized in a wide gamut of fields, spanning Analogue and Digital photography, Video, Interactive Multimedia, VR and AR, Multispectral Imaging, Photogrammetry, 3D scanning, Reflective Transformation Imaging, Digital Asset Management, Digital Publishing, UI and UX, and other imaging technologies._
Moshe Caine is one of the pioneers of the multimedia industry in Israel, establishing and running the Icons Multimedia company in Jerusalem for 20 years (1989-2009).
Over the past 25 years Prof. Caine has specialized in digital solutions for cultural heritage preservation institutions, Archaeology, conservation, restoration and presentation. He has a long experience working with museums and educational institutions._x000d_

Since 1981 he has taught in both undergraduate and graduate programs, including the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design (1981-2009), Haifa University (2011-2015), Emunah College (1982-2019), and the Hadassah Academic College (since 1984)
Between 2005-2011 he served as head of the department of Interactive Communications at the Hadassah College and between 2015 - 2019 he chaired the department of Photographic Communication in the Academic College.
