Grace Wilkins is from San Francisco, CA, and earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience (ScB) from Brown University in 2020. Grace was drawn to a career in art conservation as a way to incorporate and engage her lifelong interests in art, science, and history. She has interned both in private practice conservation and in the conservation departments of the Brooklyn Museum, the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, PA, and Glenstone in Potomac, MD. In September of 2025, Grace completed the dual MA/MS degree in Conservation of Art & Cultural Heritage and Conservation Science & Imaging at SUNY Buffalo State University, spending the final year of her graduate studies in the Decorative Arts & Sculpture Conservation Department at the J. Paul Getty Museum. Grace is currently an Engen Fellow at the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum in Chantilly, VA.
