Conservation Manager at Plowden & Smith, with a specialist background in the conservation of ceramics, glass, musical instruments, and fine art. My current role focuses on the management, coordination, support, and health and safety oversight of conservation projects across multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on high standards of care, workflow, and delivery. I am also a Visiting Lecturer at West Dean College, and outside my main roles I teach Modern Kintsugi techniques through independent workshops.
