Our room block is now full for the lowest rate. You may want to book at the higher rate and get a room with a view, check back occasionally to see if there have been cancellations, or book a room at a neighboring hotel. In any case, we cannot increase our room block.

Our Group Rate (Room Block)

Pets at the Hotel

Pets under 22 kg (50 lbs) are allowed at the hotel for a nonrefundable fee of $65 CAD per stay.

Booking Dates

Our meeting will open for general sessions on Wednesday afternoon, April 29, and run through Saturday evening, May 2. Workshops, tours, and other pre-conference sessions participants should arrive Monday evening, April 27, or Tuesday morning, April 28, depending on the timing of those events.

Booking Scams

Exhibitors often receive fraudulent room block offers at rates higher than our group rate. Exhibitors and any other attendee should disregard any messages they may receive from any other party. The only way to get our group rate and help us meet our room block commitment is to book through this page.

Flight Discounts

We have partnered with Air Canada so attendees can receive a discount on flights departing from all cities served by the airline to Montreal.

  • The booking is to be made to the following city: Montreal, YUL (CA).
  • The travel period begins Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and ends Saturday, May 9, 2026.
  • Travel is valid any day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
  • For North America: 5% discount on standard fares, 10% discount on flex fares & higher. 
  • For International Travel: 10% discount on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% discount on the lowest Business Class).

Check Your Passport!

If traveling from outside Canada, make sure your passport is current! The expiration date should expire AFTER November 3, 2026. US passport application processes are taking longer than in the past, so prepare in advance.

Do You Need a Visa?

Some travelers may require a special visa to enter Canada. Check out the Government of Canada's page for entry requirements by country.

Conference Transportation

We provide ground transportation for most receptions, tours, and workshops held offsite, except for those that are within easy walking distance from the host hotel and convention center, or are walking tours. We will provide details in advance so you know what to expect.
