Alert: Exhibitors from this year's annual meeting have received fraudulent room block offers (at rates higher than those listed above). Please disregard any messages you may receive from any other party. The only way to get our group rate and help us meet our room block commitment is to book through this page.
Why Stay Here
- Our group rate is the best rate at these hotels. At only $194/night for the main hotel and $184/night at the overflow hotel, this rate is very affordable for the city.
- We must meet a minimum number of hotel rooms used; our room block contract allows us to secure the best rate for you.
- You support us and future possible meeting locations by booking within our room block.
- All sessions will take place at either the convention center across the street or host hotel unless otherwise noted, so you will be in close proximity to programming and your fellow attendees. This will help you maximize your time at the meeting and make it your perfect home away from home.
- The hotel has many rooms with two queen beds, which makes sharing a room easy.
- Note the overflow hotel, Marriott City Center, has either a single king bed or 2 queen beds, which will be assigned at check-in based on availability. Bed type preferences can be noted under special requests, however, cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will do its best to accommodate requests upon arrival.
Room Block Management
For our meeting in Salt Lake City, we are working with a booking company called Resiada to manage our room blocks for the Annual Meeting. The process for reserving your hotel room is the same.
Reserve Your Room
How to Book
When you are ready to reserve your room, first select the dates of your stay. Meeting dates are underlined for your benefit, but you can extend your stay. Then, follow the prompts to reserve the type of room you prefer, whether one king bed or two queen beds. You'll need to enter a credit card, but you won't be charged a deposit until either the room block closes or you arrive (at the hotel's discretion).
What might be different?
Resiada will hold your reservation until the room block cutoff date, at which point the reservation data will be securely sent to the hotel. You might notice that the hotel confirmation number on your reservation confirmation says pending. Once the information is sent to the hotel, that number will appear. Before the room block closes, your reservation is confirmed within in the Resiada system. The hotel receives your reservation after the room block closes; return to this booking page to adjust your stay until then.
Why the change?
- It's easier for you to manage your reservation without confusion at the hotel.
- It will be easier to manage waitlist reservations, if that is needed.
- It will help staff manage overflow hotels if they are added, while giving you additional options as they are available.
- By working with a room block management company, AIC has someone in our corner to make sure that we make the most of our hotel contracts.
Conference Transportation
We provide ground transportation for every reception, tour, and workshop held offsite, except for those that are within easy walking distance from the host hotel or are walking tours.
